Freshwater, Setsumon opening January

The Freshwater and The Setsumon are ‘luxury boutique apartment’ buildings in the centre of Hirafu.

Nisade sales and marketing director Morag Kerr said their flagship project, The Vale on the site of the old Snow Universe Hotel at the base of the family run, would be released for sale within the next month.

“Demand for this truly unique investment is expected to be rapid, being only one of a small handful of ski side properties in Niseko,” she said.

“Offering a ski-in ski-out location with outdoor swimming pool, onsen and après spaces, we are sure apartments won’t last long.”

Well-known Japanese architectural firm Nikken Sekkei will be the architects for the project.
